Visible mending is a way of honouring the life of your clothing.
Rather than disguising wear and damage, I transform it, making every stitch part of the garment’s evolving story.
It is a practice rooted in craftsmanship, sustainability, and quiet expression.
Using traditional techniques such as darning, duplicate stitch and embroidery, I mend holes, snags and thinning areas with skill and care.

PRICING
Each repair is priced individually, based on size, complexity and finish.
Small hole, up to 1cm - from £20
Medium hole, 2-3cm - from £30
Large hole, over 4cm - from £40

Logistics
Most items are completed within 14 days. We accept garments by post. We can also arrange pick-up and drop-off in central Cambridge.
Garment care
It is recommended that visibly mended garments are hand-washed only. This is to prevent shrinkage of both the garment and the repair, as the yarn used for the repair may react differently from the original garment when washed.
